GoogleUnprofessional and incompetent - Landlords please avoid. Dealt with Robert Beson who was rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Never replies and landlord had to be contacted directly to deal with issues. AVOID! Quick click on the google profiles shows the 5 star reviews to be fake

GoogleIf you have taken deposits from me, then how does landlord get another person? Sounds fishy. Also I doubt my profile has been passed to him.

Dear Masud Thankyou for your review, as mentioned to you when you submitted the offer, your offer is subject to references and contract, unfortunately we do not have control if the landlord decides to proceed with another offer, we notified you immediately and your holding deposit was refunded back to you straight away. Please also note that you originally made an offer then you pulled out yourself saying that your current landlord requires more notice, then you re submitted an offer again. GoogleI would never recommend next property as an estate agent. They never chase us down. I tried to arrange a weekend viewing they couldn't make an appointment. I gave them all my criteria and they are never in touch with properties. If I would be a landlord I would think twice before using an call centre agent like next property.

GoogleNot recommend this agency to anyone. No reply to your emails, no answer to your calls, you have to chase them down to get some details about a property they're marketing. When finally they're answer to your calls they say two words: "is gone" and closes phone. Very, very bad, they don't deserve a star they deserve a minus rating.

GoogleUsually when you visit a seller or a service business you expect those offerings to be to scratch. The property game is a tricky one and some will oppose my view on this. I just can’t understand why most properties are gone, weeks, sometimes months ago and they are still being listed; yes I understand they wish for bragging rights to say they sold X property, but it really is not helpful and defeats purpose of my website visit and time...

GoogleI made a booking for a short let in February via HomeAway and the service was amazing! Until COVID happened... I thought I had some security because this booking is managed by Next Property but it has been the opposite. My booking was for March 24 - 31, 2020 pretty much the week the COVID imploded in the UK , my flights were cancelled and it was impossible for me to get there and when I tried to contact to cancel and get refunded as per HomeAway recommendations, Next Property completely stopped communicating. It's been 3 months and I haven't received any response or even a refund for damage deposits etc. It is certainly not what I expected from an established property management and real estate firm.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Dear Alexandra, your review is 100% incorrect, as the electricity company confirmed that you had switched the electricity meters around, and had been overcharging the tenants in the flats for many years, we are very disappointed that you would try to overcharge the tenants in the flats, as each tenant should be paying for the electricity they actually use, and not paying for the electricity for your restaurant which is located on the ground floor.

GoogleWould not recommend this agency to anyone. The owner changed his mind after I paid my deposit and wanted more money. After I declined the new offer, the agency took over 300 pounds in agency fees anyway!

Hi Bob, hope all is well, unfortunately as per terms of your application, if you pull out of the transaction after paying a holding deposit this then becomes non refundable, this was all clearly explained to you, and you also read the application form and signed the form clearly confirming you understood the terms.
