M&P seem totally unable/unwilling to effect property management/maintenance. Their responses seem to be limited to tick-boxing, nothing happens/progresses. M&P are supposedly Property Managers for an expensive house we began renting at Christmas.

The worst estate agents. If I could give no star I would. They are working alongside with sublettors. When asked to give evidence for the court they REFUSED!

Terrible experience renting a property managed by Marsh and Parsons:- they were extremely slow to work on urgent requests (heating, hot water, electrical faults)- they let a property without basic legal standards- they didn't inform us when the point of contact changed and we spent months without a repsonse- they were not professional and transparent with the pricing of their cleaning service

Used to work in this industry and these guys give themselves a shocker of a name! Staff make so many mistakes. Cannot answer a call past 6 (which for an estate agent is unheard of?). Contracts have endless mistakes in. Endless problems with billing and no explanations of how and why they are charging for set things. Save time. Use anyone else but these.

I have absolutely had it up to my neck with Marsh and Parsons, not once but twice. As a tenant, I have the legal right as written in UK law to 24 hours notice and confirmation from me they are allowed to enter my property, as well as this being a condition signed in my lease. The amount of times agents trying to let the flat have just showed up to my flat and opened the door without even knocking WITH ME INSIDE is astounding and disgusting behavior. This happened last year at my old flat with marsh and parsons, now it’s happening again at my new flat and a different M&P branch. Not to mention the absolute hounding an hour before they decide they want to view the flat, the phone calls of “i know it’s last minute but PLEASE we will ONLY be a minute” from multiple agents every single day. I have called and emailed countless times, I’ve put a note on my door, and now I’ve started locking my door from the inside because they enter my home illegally. I have threatened to call the police due to the absolute vulture-like behavior from their sales agents once your flat is on the market. I didn’t receive an email or a call back. Not even to mention I moved into this house on one VERY SPECIFIC, VERY important condition regarding my health, they swore up and down that this flat was perfect. I signed the lease, and the very day I moved in, I found out it is not accommodated at all which is the only reason I chose this house over other houses and I cannot live comfortably at this house for this very specific reason I was promised was accommodated. When I sent a detailed email regarding this, I never heard back. Horrible company, I would never recommend them.
