Being organized, professional, responsive, communicative and respectful are hallmarks of a great experience. Not only did they find a tenant to take over the property a few weeks before my tenancy (at my request), but there was no ambiguity in the process including the return of my deposit. Googleavoid avoid avoid. or you will live in apartment dangerous to your health: smelling of fresh paint for the month after move in date. unethical greedy landlords and same inventory companies where bad customer reputation preceeds them. the bath tub was full of dirt and paint, so was the stove in the kitchen and all surfaces. they acknowledged this state and confirmed no need for professional cleaning upon check out: guess what? now they/ their landlord is not answering any of my emails but threatens ti use my deposit for painting the walls which i sent pictures of at move in - were covered in black marks all over
