Her attitude and energy gave a new dimension to the relationship between estate agent and landlord, hugely enhancing my experience of Knight Frank. Kasia also completed the renewal paperwork in zero time. Finally, she was courteous and answered my emails instantly. She is an invaluable and efficient negotiator and a delight to work with.

We bought the house, but will not be dealing with Knight Frank Dulwich ever again. They are 100 percent on the sellers side and in fact created such a hostile environment that we almost pulled out of the sale. Sales tactics from the estate agent felt wholly unprofessional and personal.

GoogleI am renting a flat managed by Knight Frank. Charlotte Moore is the property manager and taking due care of my questions and concerns. I am lucky to have in Charlotte a friendly and reliable contact person with a problem-solving attitude. I get prompt replies on my e-mails, suitable arrangements are found for both sides to solve my concerns and they are followed up by Charlotte. Do I expect more from a Property Manager?
