Overall a positive interaction. The property that I wanted became available and I was contacted right away which was nice. I did not enjoy the fact that I was being pressured all the time to make a decision and do everything asap (it did stop after mentioning it). Also I felt that once I showed 100% commitment things have changed and things I enquired about were not treated seriously. Also for the previous potential buyers a bottle of champagne (when they thought the sale will go ahead) was left on the table but for us nothing, not even a note. It’s the small gestures that create loyal customers.

Great customer service and communication.Tim Beattie's team, in West Dulwich, were professional, responsive and polite, I would definitely use their services again.I was kept informed, and my calls or emails were always returned. I was given reliable advice and information, in how to move forward with the sale of my property, at all times. I also took up the suggested conveyancing team, who in partnership with KFH, dealt with the sale fast with no delay. Thank you.

We recently sold our flat in Abberville Village through KF&H in Clapham. The team were highly professional and provided an excellent service from start to finish. They gave us succinct valuation advice initially, which was backed-up by sound comparable evidence, and managed to secure a proceedable buyer prior to the property being listed on the portals. As first time renters we have had quite a bad experience with prospective landlords while looking for a short term let but Alex DaSilva from the Streatham Hill branch has done his best to ease the disappointments we have had and has pulled out all the stops to find suitable accommodation for us in our time of need. Untrustworthy and awful company. Do not rent from KFH ever and particularly a managed property. The management team are appalling and the staff turnover is unbelievable. Any works required to the property took months and some were never done. At the end of the tenancy our security deposit was held for a month (for no good reason and industry standard being 10 days) at which point we were told the landlord wished to retain two thirds of our deposit (having completed on the sale of the house the previous week). The house was in awful repair when we took it and the items listed to justify the retention were already there at the beginning of the tenancy, beyond our control / wear and tear or completely overpriced for repair by KFH. The management team, and Jonathan Munoz in particular, are obstructive and untrustworthy and we will be picking matters up with TDS and ARLA accordingly. Avoid KFH at all costs.

Marina at the East Dulwich office has been amazing in helping us secure a rental property in the area. She was friendly and outgoing from our first enquiry, and has been very attentive when we’ve contacted the office. We also had good experiences with her colleagues when she was away, they typically answered any queries same day. I should also add, our offer was put straight to the landlord and we were not pressured in any way to increase our offer etc.

TrustpilotVery quick and effective at getting in acceptable offers
Very quick and enthusiastic approach to valuing the property and, after deciding to engage them, quickly organised a series of viewings managed by several of their staff in the branch. Achieved a series of offers within their stated timescale which were within the parameters I had expected (although noticeably below the valuation and top range figure - typical in my experience). After acceptance of the offer I felt at times that they were acting for the purchaser rather than me (vendor) when I was hoping for rather more pushback to the purchaser's demands - again fairly typical in my experience as they are focussed on getting the sale to completion and receiving their sizeable commission. I am always surprised at how much agents charge in comparison with solicitors where the legally significant work occurs and where mistakes really can cause huge difficulties. Finally, the bill settling was a little annoying as they kept forgetting the agreed variation made when they were appointed.
