It was the second time that I let my property with KFH. This time I was abroad and it proved a long process, as I had to vet potential tenants with very little information. There were many viewings and many offers, unfortunately many offers were unsuitable to me. KFH persevered, but I could sense that they were getting impatient with my rejections. However, delighted that they and I held on, as I now have the very kind of tenants that I was looking for, and who are indeed very happy with the property. I just wish that the referencing was more personal. Jack & Alex from the Kingston Branch were really good at communicating.

We signed an agreement with KFH in August for letting of our apartment. The initial response was excellent. Ben Rayner was the contact person and he was very cooperative. Tenants were found and they moved in the property on 9th Oct. Since then, the service provided by KFH is disappointing. We were repeatedly asked for provision of sofa which we mentioned will take two weeks even before the tenants moved in. Now i am waiting for the Council tax to be transferred to the tenants name but still it is being deducted on 1st Dec from my account Same is the matter with utilities. I e mailed Sophia Tobin on 17th Nov to sort this issue out but received an automated reply that she is out of office and will be back on 22nd Feb.2022 Does that mean that for next three months no one would look after her work and look at the issues raised by clients.I would expect some one from the office to contact me and let me know what is happening about council tax and utility bills. I hope this will explain my dismay and the poor evaluation.

I would have given a 5 star rating if only the South Kensington office was involved in the recent renewal, because they are excellent and always have been. But I think it was a mistake for KFH to form a separate "renewals" department located in Wimbledon. In my mind this caused a duplication of efforts and and is inefficient, in that it takes the management and local intelligence away from the "front line", and necessitates the landlord to deal with two different KFH departments. That is why I gave only a "4 star" rating to KFH as a whole.

GoogleHaving sold my property through KFH Marylebone, I can recommend them for their hard work, professionalism, responsiveness and all-round excellent service. Bozena and Kurosh generated many viewings and several offers for me, but the highest offer came through another agent so I accepted it. Nevertheless Bozena kept in touch and, when the buyers pulled out the day before exchange was due to take place, I rang her with the news. She understood how I felt about the sale falling through and how worried I was that I might also lose the house I was planning to buy, and assured me she would find a buyer. I was a bit sceptical, but that's exactly what happened: she found the perfect cash buyer within days, and both my sale and my purchase were completed before the SDLT reduction deadline.
