Very disappointed with how this process was handled in Battersea. From the outset, the property was incorrectly advertised as being on the second and third floor, when it was in fact on the third and fourth floor. Additionally, the listing did not clarify that the price was non-negotiable, nor did it state “offers in excess of” or “guide price.” This lack of clarity from day one resulted in unnecessary time being wasted. The offer process itself lacked transparency. I was not informed that the situation had moved to a “best and final” stage, nor was I told this would be my last opportunity to increase my offer. I was also not clearly given the chance to revise my offer after being told there was other interest. Generic statements such as “there are other buyers” are commonly used in this industry and do not clearly indicate a final competitive bidding process. Clear and explicit communication is essential when buyers are expected to make major financial decisions. I also requested that my higher offer of £510,000 be communicated to the vendor. This either did not happen or was done too late, which raises serious concerns about how the offers were handled and whether the vendor was fully informed in time. Overall, the process felt unclear, poorly communicated, and avoidably frustrating. With accurate advertising and transparent handling of offers, this situation could have been managed far better.

We sold our house with the Sydenham branch of KFH and they were great throughout.Toby the agent who handled our sale process and the bulk of the viewings deserves particular praise: responsive to our queries, quick to share updates from our buyers, proactive in seeking updates from 3rd parties like our buyers solicitors and was friendly and easy to deal with throughout. We ended up using their mortgage brokers too and this was not quite as good: the broker was quite hard to get a hold off and didn't flag things like the fact that the interest rate with our lender went up between the initial discovery and getting an offer. We got there, but it was a more difficult experience than other mortgage brokers we had worked with. Sales was 5-star, mortgage broker was a 3.

We worked with Katarina Hambalkova to arrange our mortgage in the middle of a chain. Ms Hambalkova is extremely professional, nonweldable, and engaged. We had multiple check ins in the process of getting to exchange and completion and she was always "on it" to check that lenders conditions had not changed for the better - such that a new offer would have been better for us.Even when we got very close to the wire she was able to find a better offer and processed it in a heartbeat to get it to the solicitor in the span of an hour in time for exchange of contracts the day after.I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Terrible service in lettings and virtually no property management concerning serious issues with house. It is shocking how unprofessional and uncommunicative they are have been despite renting a high end property with them. We were left as a family on our own and ignored.

Euan, Sawan, Ravi and Sharon from the team in Highgate helped us to find a place and made the whole process much easier than we could have hoped, especially as they had to handle issues with our mortgage. They have been the worst lettings agency I have ever been with. We had a delayed contract due to expired electrical safety certificate, we felt pressured to offer more rent and were very rushed into our decision. We didn't know any details about our move in day until I contacted the landlord directly the day before. Now 3 months in and any repairs I have had to work directly with the landlord, and now there is an emergency leak, there is no emergency contact number to use, nor does the online form work correctly to report this issues. I would never go with KFH.

Amazing! … And true to fact we have been happy purchasers with everything she said holding true. KFH with Kemi and the team were quite diligent and professional. The transaction went as smoothly as it could despite the fact we were doing this on the back of another sale. There was need for patience, understanding and allighnmnets which Yasmin ably provided between the two parties and the office delivered effectively. Highly recommended ..

KFH management of rental property have been a nightmare to work with. There emails are not clear. There communication is terrible- never allowing transparency of actions, just billing me or arranging works and then telling me what they will cost. Often their billing statements repeat costs from previous months- and its not clear if they are double billing or their internal service just has not dealt with it yet. Also the turn over staff to manage my property was so frequent creating no continuation, so when works were quoted for- the next person never knew what they were for and we had to start again, meanwhile issues got worse. Every time I called or emailed to be called back it would be days before they got back to me. And apologies for incompetency was always too little too late. Warning if considering having them manage your property- they are hard work!
