GoogleOlly and Luke were really great throughout my recent lengthy sale, very professional and worked really hard to get viewings and sensible offers. Was delighted they got the commission, reflecting all their hard work. Not an easy time to be selling/buying, but they were stars. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

I couldn’t be happier with the way everything was handled, and even popped a bottle of bubbly from KFH on the first night 🍾

GoogleThe review comments below the '===' line were left 3 years ago; after great experience with KFH. I've just re-let the same property 3 years later and had a similarly easy and effective process. The property was let with only a few days void - and importantly for me the Lettings team were responsive and on-it. The lettings manager Ricco Leslie I found particularly great to work with. Whatever the recruitment / development process is with KFH they're doing an excellent job - the Lettings Management guys are straightforward and authentic - easy to deal with; with no flannel or BS! =========================================================== I'm a landlord & have been using letting agencies for the last 15 plus years. I had a recent very positive experience with the Bayswater branch of KFH; they let my property within 1 day of it being on the market & it had scaffolding outside so was not an easy let. But - more importantly throughout the whole process - there were delays dues to repairs ongoing in the property - the Manager (Tom Foreman Browne) & his team were just great - easy going & relaxed; sound un-pushy advice & efficient - easiest experience I've had to date.

GoogleMe and my partner tried to look for an apartment to move into after our first year at university. It took us weeks until we found a few listings on KFH. Our estate agent from KFH was Kostantina, and upon the first meeting, I instantly felt how helpful and efficient she was. We decided to offer our favourite apartment and when that did not go through, Kostantina suggested us to go for our second favourite one. With her and her team pushing the offer forward, we were finally able to get a mutual agreement. Kostantina has always been active online, trying to help us as much as she can which we appreciate so much. We cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she has put into this deal.

GoogleI met Sabina when I tried to get out of my student accommodation and she was so lovely and she helped me immediately to find a new apartment within my budget and requirements. I was lucky to find Sabina and the whole deal was arranged smoothly. If in the future I need an apartment, I will definitely contact her and KFH for help, I recommend them, and Sabina.

The experience of applying for a mortgage through Lucas at KFH was great. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless but Lucas walked us through the different options and submitted our application really quickly. He also kept us abreast of any updates throughout the process and we were approved yesterday! Highly recommend.

Incredibly rude agent - I asked some core questions about renting and referencing only to get the agent to shove the "I've been doing this for 16 years" and "we are going in circles" despite him interrupting me and not listening to what I was asking. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend them.
