We bought a house with KFH as the sellers agents. Communication initially was good, but when it came to the viewing, Finan rushed us, as he had other viewings. We had about 15 minutes to view a million pound 4-bedroom house. We made an offer and wanted a second viewing to confirm we were happy.At this point we were ready to make the largest transaction of our lives and Finan again rushed us through the viewing. Not to mention that he didn't know where the keys to the windows or back garden were, nor could he answer some of our simple questions about how the common area was managed.We ended up going with the sale anyway and solicitors were involved. Regardless of that, a few weeks in KFH chase us for a completion date, trying to bypass any solicitors involved.Overall I would have been happy if the viewings weren't rushed, they knew more about the property and they knew where all the keys were.

We used the branch in Chiswick High Street. Highly recommend our lovely agent, Amy Lawes, who we felt went above and beyond. Purchase was not normal as we were out of the country for most of the time and Amy was great at keeping us updated.

Unorganised, slow, inefficient. The worst management company.We are residents of Baronet House, NW10 7GP. Their communication and management skills are very poor. They take ages to resolve simple issues, don't provide updates in a timely manner, don't answer emails and calls, and their attitude is underwhelming. The lack of updates and how long KFH takes to answer our queries (when KFH bother to reply) massively frustrates us all.They cannot be trusted to do a decent job. Avoid at all costs.

An amazing company and team. We have been dealing with the team in Raynes Park to sell a probate property. From the moment they came out to value the property to completion (with lots of issues and bumps along the road from buyers) they have been nothing but helpful, informative and absolutely amazing. They worked with us for over a year and always kept us informed without being overbearing. Were a great go between for us and the buyers and chased many issues for us.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team at KFH Brockley. Sian managed the process extremely well, ensuring that I was kept well informed of developments and that any questions I had were answered quickly and comprehensively. She put me in contact with her colleague Gintare who was with me every step of the way and was invariably courteous and engaged. I never felt pressurised and I was always made to feel like an important and valued client - hugely important as the whole process of buying and selling is stressful and can feel overwhelming. Every effort was made to ensure that the sale progressed as smoothly as possible - even to the extent of printing documents for me when my own printer gave up. I am grateful to the team for their support and concern over the months of completing the sale of my house and the purchase of my flat, and I am very appreciative of all their help.

I used KFH's services for 5+ years. They helped me first find a tenant and managed the rented property for 5 years. After this I sold my property through them as well.My honest assessment is that they were great with tenancy (I got prompt reports, payments as scheduled, quick remediation of any issues with the property, etc) and it worked as a charm. However their sales service appeared disinterested. Even though they were well incentivised to find and close the buyer, I struggled to get them to push the buyer or even promptly respond to my queries. Ultimately we got over the line and the solicitor was quite helpful, but I do feel we could have closed at least a month earlier if KFH were more prompt and firm. This is why I am not giving them 5 stars. In short, great for tenancy in the region, but perhaps there are better agencies to approach for the sales process.

I have bee a landlord with KFH for more years than I can remember which says everything about them. Having used several agents for over 20 years KFH are second to none. Very professional they know the laws of letting inside and out and the staff cannot be more helpful. It’s a pleasure to deal with an agency that gets it right. (…and no I am not an employee of KFH).
