Second occasion contacting these agents ref a building plot that had fell through before in Wyverstone Suffolk. First time round I was told a certain chap/agent I needed to speak to was not available and he would call back. No call back I then phoned again to be told plot was under offer. Plot came back on the market last week end of June 2020, so my wife called as we were in the car driving past the plot. No call back again a couple of days later my wife contacts them online got live reply saying they would get back to her with info. Guess what no call back. So I phoned up on the 3/7/20 a couple of days later to be told plot under offer. Told we have your number if it falls through. Something not right with this agent be aware!!!!

Jackson-Stops went above and beyond my expectations and were a breath of fresh air in this highly competitive business. Mandy in the Cranbrook office was an absolute joy to deal with extremely professional, honest and the most helpful agent I have dealt with over a long period of searching for a new home. Sadly the house we are now trying to purchase is on with another agent who are far below par! I would not hesitate in selling a property through Jackson-Stops in the future. Just wish all estate agents were as pleasurable to deal with!!

We sat outside the property for 40 minutes waiting for the agent to show up, which she never did. When we finally got through to the office on the phone the agent who was meant to be showing us the property simply told us she had forgotten about us, with no apology offered - just a 'Can we do it another time, I can't leave the office now anyway.' A complete disregard for our time! Wholly unprofessional, and we aren't surprised that the landlords have been struggling to rent the property if the agent can't actually be bothered to turn up to viewings! We will be avoiding Jackson-Stops like the plague - and would advise any landlords to think twice before using their services!

What a bunch of unprofessional individuals.......cheated out of a purchase by being bamboozled with a Β£10 thousand pound non refundable fee to open an " offer".....which according to one director was "normal" and Richard Addington as "never had any before....."....AVOID THIS FRANCHISE AT ALL COSTS....

GoogleJackson-Stops has ben renting my apartment for the last 3 years and I have only have good words to say how efficient and professional they are. They let me know well in advance when the property contract is to be renewed and whether or not tenants are in a position to carry on with the contract. Every time tenants have left my place has been rented within weeks or days at a very competitive price. They take as well care of the cleaning, inventory, etc... I am delighted with their service!

Philip Ribon in the Bridport office is extremely difficult and unpleasant to deal with and we reccomend you use any other estate agency than this one. He writes rude emails when he hasn't followed things up, blames the client and is ineffective in selling houses.

Really disorganised at every level. Repeatedly contacted with the same queries from different colleagues, they didn't log information, we weren't kept in the loop at all. On top of that very unapologetic about their lack of coordination. Will never use again.
