GoogleI have been renting with Fraser Bond for over a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They are always quick to respond to any queries or concerns I have and they are very proactive in ensuring that the property is well maintained. Whenever I have had any issues with the property, the team have been on hand to arrange repairs promptly and efficiently. I feel very well looked after by Fraser Bond and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in London.

GoogleI recently rented a property through Fraser Bond and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I enquired about the property, the team were incredibly helpful and efficient, providing all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Once I had decided to proceed with the rental, the paperwork was processed quickly and without any issues. I'm now settled into my new home and I have to say, the standard of the property is outstanding. Thank you Fraser Bond for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free.

GoogleWorst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. The agent Shakir is extremely unprofessional, rude, and inefficient. First and foremost, both the landlady and I were unhappy with how Shakir handled the signing of the contract. We both felt …

GoogleWe recieved an email from Shakir from this fraser bond for apartments inlondon. Once I ked on their website it's for apartments in the US. Seriously? What a bunch of clowns. Looks like a total scam, together with all the other one star reviews here.

GoogleI generally do not give 1 star as I prefer simply to avoid writing a review altogether. The reason why I would like to write it, is because I think in this case the unpleasant experience felt actually "staged". I don't know why, therefore …

hi Francesca,
we have to say your review is slightly unfair on the basis that the agent was extremely clear in regards to the property you had viewed. due to your emergency in renting a room the agent had provided alternatives within the same development as the specific room you had asked had been let. the agent also organised this viewing for after hours and at very short notice. they had helped and assisted you in providing you with another option. I believe in all fairness the agent was extremely clear and had tried there upmost best to organise a viewing for you.

GooglePure Scam! Warning! I booked a flat through Shakir Kapadia agency, but once inside, lots of things were missing and in a poor conditions despite being in central London! Bulbs missing, humidity stains, washing machine broken etc.... and the worst, The agency stole also my deposit despite having returned the flat with zero problem!! They just kept the depsoit and ignored my numerous sollicitatikn! I think I am going to the county court and High court to get a Writ as it appears they are used to scam tenants.

GoogleThanks for the accommodation guys. Quick to resolve my issue, as I was only here in London for a month and was in urgent need of accommodation. At first I was in search for a 1 bed apartment in Central London, however slowly began to see that it was becoming near enough impossible and way out of my budget. I called Fraser Bond and spoke with Shak who was kind enough to assist and send across alternatives for what I was looking for. He sorted out a sweet 1 bedroom apartment for me in East London which was fully furnished including Internet and within my budget. The apartment I have to say was not was I expecting but nevertheless it worked for what I required in London and easy to get to work. The team were responsive to my needs when cleaning was required. Thanks for assisting.

GoogleWORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want to be cheated, choose this firm. Our son, a student, hired a flat during his 3 months stay in London. He paid GBP 900 per month for a small and filty room in Brixton. A lot of money for a student but ok, it is London. No repairs were done, kitchen equipment was broken and as a “present” from Mr. Shakir Kapadia, he didn’t receive the GBP 500 he paid as a deposit although the room was left in a good condition and we have proof of this. Steal from a student, what a company. Never ever phone them if you don’t want to be cheated.

GoogleFantastic letting agency. I needed a place let for a short time. It can be challenging to find a one , especially in London. Nontheless, shakir helped me to find one in a week. Furthermore, he and his colleagues were incredibly friendly, honest and helpful prior to and throughout the duration of my tenancy.
I will definitely choose Fraser bond for my next visit. Highly recommended.
