First place i said I am Interested after viewing and I never heard back.
The person called Elizabeth just blocked my number, that's says it all for who really they are.
Most their 5 star reviews probably fabricated as there are plenty 1 star reviews says it all that they are scammers . They do t pay deposit back either. Avoid this con artists at all costs

The property you viewed is not managed, marketed, or let by Fraser Bond, and it appears you were dealing with a different agency. We were only asked to refer you to that listing, which is where our involvement ended.

GoogleThis London real estate company is a scammer. I am a leaseholder of an apartment which Fraser Bond was letting agent. They retained the service charge out of rental received for over 6 months but actually did not pay to the management company. They also did not pay my rental of the last month from prior tenant and provide me with check out report. Their senior management, Shakir, did not reply to my emails and did not pick up my calls after the prior tenant moved out. It is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Contacted the next day to find out what happened, was completely alright until he started screaming at me and coming up with a million excuses. Shocking customer service. After running out of excuses he started denying that we had a viewing booked at all! I emailed him snapshots of his own messages and call logs, received no response. He finally picked up after 3 hours, screaming again with no excuses left once I provided the evidence, clearly had a break down which was obvious over the phone and politely told me to f-off. Can't even imagine what the actual tenants are treated like if potential customers are treated like this!

GoogleWorst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. The agent Shakir is extremely unprofessional, rude, and inefficient. First and foremost, both the landlady and I were unhappy with how Shakir handled the signing of the contract. We both felt the process was extremely rushed and he made no room, for myself especially, to make any changes, forcing me to sign a final copy I was not happy with. In another instance, I had to live with no hot water for a week. Shakir did not take any steps to rectify the matter ASAP, and even said “the condition is considered livable.” No Shakir, it is not “considered livable” when you have no hot water for a week in winter. Lastly, Shakir’s lack or should I say no response to emails, calls, and text messages is inexcusable. It is extremely rude and unprofessional to not respond to constant follow ups. When I finally got to speak to him on the phone, by this time being extremely frustrated from not hearing from him for weeks and expressing my unhappiness with the matter, he responds “I’m a busy man.” No apology, just “I’m a busy man.” This kind of client service is disgusting. I myself am a busy person who works and shouldn’t have to constantly chase up on you for things with are legally and rightfully mine. How you can run a client service business like this is questionable. I will never be using Fraser Bond again, and will be letting others know not to use your service as well.
