We were unable to figure out how to pass payload to the API but the support team helped us until we were successfully able to make that API call. Documentation could be improved and code samples should be provided for all major languages like java, python, php, node.js etc.The support services can be improved to schedule conference or support calls in which the subscriber can discuss vocally with a support person and solve issues faster.
