I attended a viewing of a flat in Ladbroke Grove on the 18th of October 2022, with an Estate Agent from Dexters, named James Wittich. James was eloquent and highly professional in his approach and demonstrated that he was knowledgable about the housing market in general and specifically about the area in which I was hoping to purchase. He had a very personable and engaging personality and was cheerful and helpful throughout, which is just what you want when making such an important purchase Although I did not put an offer in on the flat, as it was a little too small for me, James paid attention to the detail of the specific type of property I was seeking for future reference. Why cant all Estate Agents take the time to be so helpful and personable?

I can’t speak more highly of my experience with Dexters Westborne Park. They dealt with the complicated sale of my mothers Holland Park Garden Flat after she died with such kindness & efficiency. I was really impressed with my main contact Parys & the other members of his team who were also extremely helpful and so well organised as a team. Parys went above and beyond at all stages of the sale and I was so impressed with how proactive he was at managing the legal process of exchange and completion. He was also extremely likeable and a delight to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parys, Toby and the rest of the team at Dexters. As first-time buyers previously missing out on properties to cash buyers, we had gone through the motions of dozens of viewings and offers. I purchased a property with Dexters Westbourne Grove recently and the general experience was a nightmare for both myself and the agents. I worked with Charlie who was FANTASTIC - he actually managed to save the sale at one point through amazing negotiation skills. I feel like Charlie went above and beyond to get this deal through and he kept me up to date regularly even outside of office hours which I was extremely grateful for. When the time comes to sell this property I will be calling Charlie specifically to handle it :)

Worst experience with the agency

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.
