My experience with Dexter's agent Cory Stuckey was SUPERB! Cory connects with people on personal level and it made it a very pleasant experience walking around Marylebone with him and viewing properties. He was very professional and answered all questions I had. What I liked about Cory is that he makes you aware of how the market is looking now, how fast properties are going and what to expect without being too uncomfortably salesy or pushy. We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. Hi, First of all, I had the experience of meeting Cory (from Marylebone Branch) for a viewing, he was so professional and friendly, He proposed and showed me a second flat on the same day as a really good initiative from himself which i really appreciated, I was really interested by the second flat, until i had a really bad news at work (i lost my job due to Covid 19 and had no income), and had to cancel all my plans (which included the reservation of the flat), Cory was still professional and understood my situation which again i was really thankful about that. We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters.
