My husband and I have had nothing but an excellent experience working with the Dexters team. From first the phone call, Olivia was extremely helpful and set up a handful of viewings for us right away - even though we were moving a couple of months down the line. We arrived for our viewings and met Cory, and we had the loveliest afternoon viewing flats around the Marylebone area. We got lucky and found the right one that afternoon. Cory and Olivia were so quick in getting everything set up and sent to us - we had everything sorted within a week! Thank you so much for making our experience of finding our new flat so easy - we are excited for our new home!

We recently moved into our new rental house with help from Ashley at Dexters Battersea. Ashley has been super helpful throughout the whole rental process. Very professional, effective, thoughtful, and perfect in following up and giving updates. We are very impressed with the service that Ashley provided. We were dealing with another Real Estate company when looking for a rental house in the same area, and we were so glad that we went with Dexters but not the other company which happened to carry the same house we rented through Dexters!

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
