Been renting with Dexters for 9 months now - and have been very happy. Out flat is a managed property which has been really convenient. Judith Reid, our property manager, is really friendly and any maintenance issues that has arisen have been dealt with promptly and professionally. There is also emergency coverage at the weekend in case anything were to go wrong outside of 'office hour's, which most other companies don't offer and definitely gives us peace of mind. Would recommend.

Let down by poor communication within the company

Unfortunately we were let down by this letting agent yesterday. We had a 6pm viewing for a house in Hayes, I drove 1h in rush hour traffic to visit the property and on arriving I was met by the agent who informed me that the locks had been changed that day and his key did not work, so we could not access the property.He was very apologetic and I understand he was also frustrated as he himself had spent 45 minutes travelling to the property.He did offer to rearrange a viewing but I was so disappointed in the lack of organisation (how can it be that locks are changed and the letting agent/property managers are not informed?) and frustrated at the waste of my time and petrol (2 hours round trip) that I will not be using this company going forwards.I would have left 1 star but the letting agent was truly apologetic and did remain professional in the situation.
