GoogleHuw at Daniel Cobb has been great throughout the rental process so far. He appears to be a genuinely warm guy who is great at his job - this is not something that can be said for many estate agents that I have used in the past. He answered emails promptly and updated me with every development. No complaints whatsoever.

GoogleStarting from moving in which was not very smooth, I had to struggle to get my keys and parking location , communications were not clear to the property I was moving in. Then they have not told me earlier that the flat need some maintenance works ( heating was an issue) There's has been some sort of issue with the property and the agent is not able to sort that out. Initial impressions are bad. Let's see ....
