The Ryanair of office letting! Actually that is unfair to Ryanair, at least you can get the odd deal with them, this lot are the grubbiest and most money grabbing people you will ever work with. We were evicted with just 2 weeks notice in the middle of a pandemic with no rent rebate when it turns out they knew for months about the building redevelopment. We were 4 years with them and never missed a payment but were treated appallingly. Stay well clear, a truly terrible company.

TrustpilotThe worst office lease ever - scammers!
Never rent from these guys. Apparently because we did not send a notice by letter to their HQ they are auto-renewing our agreement even though we told them and emailed them we are not renewing anymore. They seem to have financial problems and will squeeze everything they can from you even when you no longer use the office and after the agreement expired. We have been renting for over 7 years in London and nobody has done such an outrageous scam like these guys.

Ella our brilliant receptionist is absolutely fantastic, always goes above and beyond to help and is super friendly. The building management team, Ammisha and Samantha are so helpful, responsive and willing to help with everything as requested. The rooftop area is a big plus but the building throughout is clean, well maintained and a perfect office space. We have been delighted with the service!

Please avoid The Boutique Workplace. Looking at the space itself, there are issues with flooding, lights going out (not replaced), regular wifi problems (kind of essential in this day and age), accidents within the building that they don't report (legally they should), etc.
