Consistently great experience - thank you

We have used various Boutique Workplace offices over the years and have always had a superb experience. Last week they went above and beyond to help us sort out an IT issue we were having, even though it wasn't their responsibility. The staff are incredibly nice and the offices are perfectly maintained. We have always found the office manager to be very responsive and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for office space.

Amazing on-site team & Flexible

Amazing on-site team (Tilly) - incredibly flexible over lockdown and really went the extra mile. Over a period of crazy change and uncertainty - the BWC really understood where we were at - providing a great level of service and letting us get on with the job. Not sure we would've made it through the last 18 months without their support! Huge thanks from everyone at 1715 Labs.

What a great office place!

We are in love with the team at The Boutique Workplace in Covent Garden! Having been their client for 2 years, we found them to be very helpful (especially during the lockdown period), reliable, responsive, always friendly and flexible. The offices are cosy and clean, a wonderful 'family feel' environment. And our clients adore our beautiful meeting rooms and shared/'hang-around' spaces. Highly recommend!

Quirky, characterful, nicely furnished, great location and well priced office space

I loved our building at 2 John Street, it is characterful, nicely furnished and the modern kitchens have coffee makers and boiling taps. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful with a positive attitude. I would describe the building as quirky, I personally like this but for those who want serious aircon this is not the place for you. However, if you need an office in a great location and want a low carbon footprint at a great price than you are getting an office in an attractive space with a inner courtyard and a good number of break out spaces for calls, as well as bookable meeting rooms. There's great Italian café and a relaxed Vietnamese restaurant right next door, as well as Leather Lane street food and the indie restaurants and pubs of Lamb's Conduit Street nearby. Recommended.

Reliable and straightforward

I do not normally go out of my way to leave reviews of any establishment, be they good or bad. However, during a random conversation with a member of staff, I decided to do so (I was not coerced into it in any way) as she mentioned about a bad review. I have been using BWC for some years now having run my own small business for many more. The nature of my work means that I move in & out of offices normally for three month periods. I like the people that run this place so much, that when I am close to leaving and they want to show the office to new tenants, it almost seems like a 'set up' when I praise how good they are to deal with. This is not a one off experience of getting in & being settled, I move out and every time I move back in I go through the process of signing a new contract. Normally this type of thing is hassle, but I am pleased to say that they make it very simple. My point of contact has always been Mark and he is pleasant, efficient & very straightforward to deal with. The admin staff presently of Tamara & Samantha immediately resolve any minor issues I have had through my frequent moves. In my opinion they are an excellent bunch of people/company to deal with and I hope to do so for many years to come.

The service has been excellent, the centre team are very welcoming and accommodating, especially so during the Pandemic. I have always found Boutiques facilities to be the best in terms of design and practicability. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Watling St office

We have been at the Watling St office since March and it’s excellent. The office is lovely, with a spacious breakout space, but also the culture across the office is great. This is driven in the most part by the staff, especially the building manager Neha. Neha works hard to create various social events for all the offices, and they’re always good fun. She’s also incredibly responsive if you have any issues in the building, and very attentive, making sure that move ins run smoothly, visitors are greeted, and everything works. She has great attention to detail which makes a huge difference.

A fabulous workplace

I needed a workplace to deliver an online lecture. The Boutique Place staff were most efficient and friendly for booking and organising it for me. They were also most helpful and friendly in setting it up. The workplace itself is well organised, equipped and designed. Finally, it is reasonably and comeptitively priced. I highly recommend it.

We’ve been with Boutique since 2014

We’ve been with Boutique since 2014 and had offices over 2 locations. We’re based at Audley house, Oxford Circus. When we first came to the building, Chelsie who’s our current building manager was the receptionist then. We’ve seen everyone’s progression from sales to building managers. Our building was recently refurbished which has be great for clients visiting us. I genuinely feel supported by the team here, that’s management, sales & client services. They looked after us during the covid lockdowns when we were one of a few companies left in the building. They didn’t have to because things were tougher for them. I couldn’t imagine being in their business during these time. They did support us and that’s the reason we were still able to service our clients.

Worst Company ever!!!

Worst Company ever!!!Exactly the same situation as many other companies!! Please avoid!!!!!We gave notice 1 day after the notice period (notice period of 4 months for an extension contract of 6 months, what a joke!) and the building Manager Samantha rejected our notice because it wasn't on time (1 day delayed). The Boutique Workplace forced us to extend the contract for 3 more months, even with our office being empty for more than a year due to covid and paying every single month a full fee of £16.000- they never took care of their customers and helped with the rent payments because of Covid impact (many others providers did). At the office in 36 Whitefriars Street we been stolen twice: once when we were all seating in a meeting room someone came into our office and stole a macbook air from the room next door where we were all having the meeting, this was at 3pm. The second time we were collecting money in a paper piggy bank (hand made) for my colleague whom just become a dad (to get something for the baby) and during the night someone cut the piggy bank and took all the money that was inside (around £70)... this was really the most incredible thing we had ever experienced!!!!Terrible terrible terrible company, we don't have words to describe the most awful experience we have had at The Boutique Workplace.I really hope you read all those negative reviews before you decide to sign a contract with them!!

Delivering Train Driver Training

Boutique helped us to accommodate Train Driver classroom training in Central London. The accommodation was excellent. Great space, great light, wonderful facilities and good Wi-Fi connection. The staff were exceptionally helpful, able to help with everything we asked of them from food and drink supply through to admin support! Without a doubt now our go to supplier for office and training space in the London area.

I share the poor experience of other…

I share the poor experience of other tenants at 81 Farringdon Street. It was particularly difficult for me to terminate my contract during lockdown. I was forced to serve the minimum contract term, and ended up paying for over six months of office rental when it wasn't possible to use the office. While perfectly legal, I question the ethics of the company management, who offered no help during lockdown. I commiserate with other tenants who stayed longer than I did, only to be given two weeks notice to vacate due to planned demolition work.
