We've been using the shared office space at the Boutique Workplace's Notcutt House for the last few years, and we couldn't be more complimentary. Along with providing a great space to work in, the staff, especially Dineice and Jacqueline, are also fantastic and always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They are incredibly friendly, personable, and consistently go above and beyond.As a team that regularly uses the space, we truly appreciate the warm and professional atmosphere that Dineice and Jacqueline help create. 73 Watling Street Gem

We have been at The Boutique 73 Watling Street for over a year now. The building facilities are lovely and well laid out and equipped. The building management has improved considerably with the addition of Ebz, the building manager. Building facilities are always clean and in working order and Ebz is always on hand and available if they are not, very often going the extra mile. Very helpful to building occupants, but especially welcoming to visitors to our offices. I would recommend the location.

Stunning venues/great service

We have been hosting our One Retreat events with Boutique over the last 4 years. The service I have received from Boutique while hosting our OneRetreat events has been nothing but exceptional from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and settled in a great environment. Sadly we have been unable to use the space during the last year due to COVID-19 but are awaiting patiently to restart these once the restrictions have been lifted. I highly recommend Boutique for your next event.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After successfully completing the interview process, they officially offered me a role, which I accepted. Based on that offer, I resigned from my current position. However, shortly afterward, they revoked the offer, citing “internal changes” and stating that they could no longer proceed with my employment. This decision left me without a job and in a very difficult position, especially after I had made life and career adjustments based on their formal offer. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of accountability and respect for candidates’ time and livelihoods. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as their handling of the hiring process was careless and unprofessional.

We work in an office at 8 St Thomas Street and can honestly say our whole team love it. We are always well looked after, Andrew on reception is amazing and even lays on pizzas for lunch or drinks so that everyone in the building can get to know each other better. There is a lovely community feel.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Don't rent an office here. They literally lie to your face. They say anything to get you to sign the contract but once you do they send you a contract that states the opposite. We were told we could have 2 extra desks in our office at no cost, then after signing they said just 1 because of regulation, and then it could be 2 but paying for it. Also the renewals are automatically 10% higher or Consumer Pricing whatever is highest. They are dog friendly but they need to approve it and there is an extra cost. Kids aren't allowed. They can also relocate you to another office space even though you have hired a specific space, with specific views and characteristics. We are clients of Regus and WeWork in other geographies and The Boutique Place is the worst working space we have ever encountered.

We have just secured 14 space office at Wimbledon Business Center! We are very pleased to have a recently refurbished and spacious office. All the staff and management including Kam and Terri were amazing! Needless to say that Kam regardless of being on a holiday made sure that we had a license received today so we are able to move in sooner rather than later! We are very thankful to all staff and management of the building and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Highly Recommend

I was at a Boutique Workplace in Notcutt House for a couple of years and left due to needing more space than was available. Having worked with many serviced office providers over the years I would absolutely recommend Boutique - they are brilliant. It took me a while to adjust when we moved in, having had such poor experiences before - battles over billing or being charged for unexpected things etc etc - but Boutique were refreshingly flexible, pleasant to deal with and client-centred. We felt like a valued customer for the first time. We were in the Southwark Bridge Road office and it was an extremely smart/pleasant working environment. We would go back in a second. Special mentions go to Dineice on front desk who cares for everyone in the building so well and Karen who sorted any issues we had with enthusiasm and warmth.

A wonderful office space

A wonderful office space both inside and out. A brilliant location with everything you could need on your door step. The team at Boutique are great to work with and have made our settling into the office a breeze. Our wonderful office manager Erika is always incredible, and we love how much time is put into to adding small extra touches to the communal spaces to bring the businesses together.

Located at the St Thomas Street…

Located at the St Thomas Street location for 7 years now. Lovely location between Borough Market and the Shard. Spacious and well maintained office spaces, our office has a lovely high ceiling and great view outside to St Thomas Street which is always bustling. The site Manager and all round point of contact is Andrew, he is incredibly helpful and always available for issues that need resolving quickly. Andrew also gives the site a real community feel, organizing breakfast mornings, Pizza afternoon's and a host of other social engagements to bring the hub together.

Great experience 73 Watling Street

Great experience using The Boutique Workplace as a co-working space. Very friendly, homely atmosphere and clean comfortable communal area. The location is absolutely fantastic of 73 Watling Street, with plenty of social pubs / bars and eateries (the butchers downstairs being my favourite!) and a great view of St. Paul's Cathedral. Ebz, also known as 'Electric Ebz' for his speediness when there's a problem and energetic personality, is our receptionist and hub of the community. He regularly arranges events for everyone in the building to get involved in, such as breakfast clubs (these being my favourite) with lots of fresh croissants, fruits and other treats. Overall a 10/10.

My office has leased a space at Connolly works and we love the building, however the white receptionist with glasses has made racist comments which we overheard and now has made it an uncomfortable environment. We hope something is done about that asap.
