I called to query about letting my property out in Blackheath the agent called me and advised they had a viewing the next day, Bobby later returned and we discussed the tenant was looking for a fully furnished property, they arranged all furniture/ delivery/ cleaning for a very reasonable price and the property was let within a week for 3 years- the rates were also very good, Bobby was very knowledgeable

Worst communication from the property management team.I requested a call back from the agency several times due to my property manager, Shakil, was unavailable, however, he never called back or emailed back. I have to call them day after day to solve the property issues. It's been two months, and my request has never been satisfied. Their manager is busier than the prime minister, so just avoid this agency, don't bother them.

I can't praise enough the Chestertons Sales team in Kew. Not only was everybody I dealt with very friendly and professional. I was impressed by how quickly suitable potential buyers were identified. Viewings were accommodated with sufficient notice, client feedback was promptly given and excellent guidance was provided during the conveyancing stages. Chestertons is very hands on about finding you your home. From the moment I sent my initial inquiry, they were very adamant about getting me a place to live. Once I found my flat, Madie was on the phone with me constantly ensuring I had a quick turn around. Within less than a week my from finding the flat, I was moving in. Wish I would have found Chestertons sooner.
