GoogleHaving dealt with Berkeley Woods for over 10 years now I really have so much respect for Jenna who has always helped me in getting the deals done. So I had to write another review praising the Berkely Woods Team and for the continuous success we have together. On to the next deal guys.

My experience with Jenna was super positive.She is sharp, on it, organised and knew exactly the kind of property I wanted.I was dealing with other agents, but Jenna responded quicker, and showed me more desirable flats in a few days than any of the others.It was literally a pleasure doing business with her.

YellGreat experience working with Jenna to find a flat
Jenna helped sort us with a flat back in the fall near the Lancaster Gate area and we couldn't have better things to say. The process was smooth and without issue , an overall great experience. Jenna was available to answer any questions/concerns whenever we needed.

GoogleI had a very good and smooth experience with Jenna from viewing the flat, to negotiating the terms of the tenancy agreement, as well as signing the agreement. Prompt replies to any questions and reassurance for any concerns was provided. I would recommend Berkeley & Woods!

GoogleCannot recommend working with Jenna enough - throughout the process of viewing and the motions of leasing the property, she was so quick to respond and accommodate our requests. When we had early furniture delivery (then following issues!) she spend over 3 hours with us as we negotiated a way to get the sofa into the flat.. absolutely over and above any requirement and always with a smile.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was having a horrible time searching for a new flat and dealing with multiple agents - Luckily, i was referred to Jenna Daniels from Berkeley & woods. She made sure to match my needs with her flat inventory..so we did not waste time. she helped me finalise the lease and reference process in 24 hours - super efficient..but the most important thing - she was straight forward and real. recommended!
