Berkeley & Woods reviews

Jenna has been so incredibly helpful first in finding us a lovely place to rent and now helping us to sell a property. From the beginning she has given us great advice, trying to understand the perfect place for us rather than trying to sell, and held our hand through the moving place. Every interaction has felt very personalised, rather than “one of many” which is how we’ve experienced most letting agencies in the past. Her and her partner have gone above and beyond when inspecting flats and recommending the best course of action. Maybe the best way to sum it up is that we have gone back to her multiple times now. Thanks for your help Jenna, it’s always been a pleasure!

Jenna is a professional, caring agent that always tries to find us the best tenants. She is understanding to what we are looking for and helpful in ensuring the whole letting process goes smoothly. In a world full of "robotic" agents, Jenna is breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

I have been a London residential property landlord for over 40 years and have used a fair share of agents in that time; some good, some not so good. The few, smaller agencies who gave a good service fell by the wayside or were taken over by bigger, corporate concerns. On a personal recommendation, I started using Berkeley & Woods 10 years ago and have never looked back. They offer a truly great, all-round service: they are personable and efficient, they respond immediately to all communications, they know their market and price the properties sensibly and they treat tenants and prospective tenants with respect and courtesy. Between-let periods are virtually unknown; without Berkeley & Woods, I would seriously consider selling-up.

We recently moved into a flat that was being let through Berkeley & Woods. We initially viewed a couple of other properties with different estate agencies but then dealing with Jenna from Berkeley & Woods was an entirely different experience. Jenna was extremely professional but also friendly. It was reassuring that she was able to answer all of our questions straight away. We felt that Berkeley & Woods were a very safe pair of hands and that the process of signing the tenancy, holding deposits, organising inventories etc would run smoothly... our expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend Berkeley & Woods and hope to deal with them again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I am more than happy to recommend Brigitte’s services to anyone looking for a great agent! She made herself available (on Christmas holidays!) to fit with my schedule and secure the pet-friendly flat I was interested in in a very short time frame. I am really pleased to have dealt with such a professional and helpful agent who really cares and takes the time to kindly and promptly answer all of my (numerous) questions to make sure that I was happy with the terms of the tenancy agreements. Genuine, Brigitte helped me through the process which made me feel re-assured rather than overwhelmed and stressed. All the best.

Someone you trust

We were dealing with Jenna when we decided to rent a flat in London for my daughter coming to join university soon. Jenna is a trusted, professional and dedicated person, she helped us so much before coming to London through phone and emails and sorted out all issues as if I was present in person till we till we moved in. Her support and efforts are exceptional. Her efforts are so much appreciated, and we are so grateful for her.
