GoogleViewed the house from a recommendation from Caroline Price. Loved it immediately and quickly negotiate a price through Caroline. Annoyingly was a long progress due to sellers having to sell another property but Caroline was great. She kept us up to date and was really friendly. She was also the one who finally got the solicitors moving as they were being very slow and not communicating with each other. Thank you Caroline.

They managed to get me full asking price, with just 2 viewings and my property was only on the market for 1 week! Would Highly Recommend anyone looking to sell to use Bairstow!

GoogleBrilliant and friendly service from the staff @ Biggin Hill. They were always at the end of the phone to help and would do whatever was needed to get the answers for us. I was warned buying a house could be stressful but having Caroline's constant support and knowledge made the process so much easier. She was clear and explained everything so well that I managed to actually understand what was going on! They chased everything regularly and kept us up to date and I can't recommend them enough.
