Bairstow Eves reviews

I can't sing the praises of this agency high enough. The legal process of buying a home in the UK isn't the easiest but Gary and Karen were so helpful and attentive during our purchase. They often went out of their way to chase queries in our chain and most of the time knew more about what was happening than our solicitors. If you're looking to buy a home in Biggin Hill I strongly recommend giving them a visit.

Buying and selling houses was a complete mystery to me when I started out. I met Amir Khajedehi when responding to an advert on Rightmove from his agency. From making the first appointment to view the property until exchange of contract, which happened this week, Amir has been professional, always helpful and always available at short notice to answer any queries. He built an excellent relationship with me and my solicitor, which smoothed a stressful process and made everything easier. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his agency to anyone starting on this journey.

Gary Bowditch and the team were incredibly helpful. I had an issue involving the Land Registry and the deeds to my property, which Gary helped resolve. I cannot fault the way the whole procedure of selling my house and purchasing my new home was handled.I would not hesitate in recommending the Biggin Hill branch to anyone. Many thanks Geoff D

Can’t thank Caroline at Bairstow Eves enough for her work getting us through the purchase of our property. She was on the case from start to finish putting the other agents, solicitors etc to shame with her tenacity and natural instinct to go above and beyond. She’s only the 2nd estate agent I’ve had no problem at all in leaving a glowing review for and if she’s still around when we sell again (hopefully not for a long while yet and we may not even be alive for it 🤣) but otherwise will most definitely use her again

We had a viewing with Amir and we loved it - compared to your everyday estate agent, these guys are a league ahead. Amir was very knowledgeable on the property, attentive and made us feel most welcome. Thank you.

I dealt with Caroline, and she was fantastic, I was slightly worried as my previous dealings with estate agents have not always been positive. However Caroline changed my mind on this, she listened to what we was looking for & went above & beyond. She was happy to accommodate viewings around my work schedule. Thank you to the team at bairstow eves & a special thank you to Caroline. You have been fantastic.

This is the second house I’ve purchased using Bairstow Eves in Biggin Hill and both times have been a great experience. Caroline has been super helpful, her communication with me has been great, and also with my buyers, my seller and my solicitors, she’s been on the ball for the whole process. I would highly recommend, she’s a great estate agent with fantastic local knowledge.

As a buyer, the experience with this estate agent was impeccable. Treated with courtesy and respect throughout, Gary and his team used clear and helpful communications throughout, from 1st viewing to completion. I have found a completely one-off house through them which I absolutely adore.

They say to be a good salesman/woman you have to sell yourself. You have to show continuing interest in your client or customer and be with them for the long haul. Well, my 'haul' was certainly (5 months) and truthfully all three of the estate office team certainly lived up to that. Thank you all so very much, especially Caroline.

Bairstoweves Biggin Hill. Brilliant! From start to exchange Caroline was a dream. We haven't moved for 29 years so were very apprehensive. However Caroline and her team made it a great experience. She was always there when we needed her. She was able to answer or find answers to all our concerns. Caroline was always very friendly and put our minds at rest over the 5 months. Gary, the manager, gave us a very good deal from the ouset and from there on in the team worked hard, thoroughly deserving their fee. I would definitely reccomend the company to anyone wishing to move house effortlessly. Thank you Bairstoweves and thank you Caroline.

I would highly recommend Biggin Hill Bairstow Eves. We were moving to the area they were so helpful and would let us know of any suitable properties coming on in advance. When we did find somewhere Caroline was great at keeping us updated on everything that was going on without me having to chase or ask for updates. We felt we were kept so much more in the loop with Bairstow eves than we were with our own Estate Agents on the selling side, and there was no comparison in the service they provided - they were brilliant. Hopefully we wont be moving again for a long time but when we do I wouldn't hesitate to use them!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Have just sold my second house with the amazing team of Gary, Caroline and Karen @ Biggin Hill. All made the stressful journey of selling an easy one. I have to make special mention of Caroline who oversaw my sale from cradle to grave. Caroline went way beyond what you would normally expect. She kept me informed regularly and it was because of Caroline's quick and professional interventions when we hit a few 'bumps in the road', that they were sorted very quickly. Thank you Caroline as I feel you made my sale happen. I would recommend the team to anyone considering buying, selling or renting property you were amazing . Thank you all at B/Eves Biggy Hill. I dealt with Caroline from Biggin Hill brunch and she was fantastic. She listened to what we were looking for & went above & beyond to find us the right properties and then, accommodate viewings around our work schedule. Caroline is very organised and communicate clearly and was always ready to respond and help whenever the need arises. It was a pleasure to deal with Caroline and I highly recommend her (Bairstow Eves Estate Agent Biggin Hill) to anyone that will need her service.

5* service all the way. I can not thank the staff based in Biggin hill enough, particularly Caroline Price. Very professional and diligent, Caroline went the extra mile occasion after occasion. Always there to explain and keep me informed which was just what I needed when everything got a bit complicated and somewhat stressful. I have her to thank as she held my hand throughout the whole process and I would have faired far worse if it wasn't for her knowing her job and simply caring. She was instrumental in keeping the whole chain together as she ended up communicating with everyone throughout (from top to bottom) from estate agents, conveyancing solicitors and individuals. If I ever look to move again, I know exactly who to turn to. Thank you, I can not recommend or sing your praises highly enough for all you have done.

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from the very first phone call to the completion date. Caroline Price was especially helpful and kept me right up to date with all the relevant information. She was always available to talk to and returned phone calls when required and I never had to chase any information! I would highly recommend Biggin Hill branch to all of my friends in the future and would definitely use them again myself.

Had bairstow round to our property for a valuation recently. The valuation was a fair one and around what we considered it to be worth. They were also flexible on their fee which impressed us because it mean they understood whilst running a business its also important for the seller to save pennies where possible. They seemed to value us as an individual and not just as another house to sell for commission. There was no hard sell approach. No begging. No after valuation call ups to push instruction. No stupid leaflets full of under valued houses sold like Howard and cundey presented to us. Just a thoughtful lady called Karen who tried to help us out. We decided to go with purple bricks purely to try and save money. However these would have been my high street choice. Thank you bairstow. I hope I won't regret my decision!
