GoogleRidiculous! Fail to pay a deposit back after 1 And a half years of tenancy and always paying the rent on the correct dates and accurately! Now claim that we owe them money for the “damage” we spent over £100 on fixing the place as best as possible! Really not an understanding agency.

GoogleAs a landlord with a small portfolio of properties, I have used Crowstone as managing agents for almost 20 years. They provide me with an excellent service at a reasonable price, and have an able team of tradesmen available for maintenance and repairs who do not over charge.

GoogleRented with Crowstone for 2.5 years, no issues checking in or out, dealt with problems I had with the property and everyone was polite. Can't fault them at all.

GoogleGood agency, however you need to inspect your property if you rent as reports not done exactly to the spot. Helpfull staff, and quick response if anything needs to be repaired. however offices not looking exactly warming either for first impression.
