GoogleAs a landlord they have been excellent in all regards. They are very attentive to the care of the properties and use reliable and sensibly priced contractors for any works needed. They are a friendly team and all communication is prompt and professional. New tenants have been found in good time for vacant properties and the turnaround handled very efficiently. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have recently bought my flat though Winkworth's Westbourne branch and dealt almost solely with Fergus. Fergus worked extremely efficiently and liaised well with my solicitor and also the agents selling my previous property. I found him both trustworthy and highly professional and these qualities helped ensure the whole transaction ran as smoothly as it possibly could.
