GoogleHi there, I only have positive things to say about Robert Vincent. Since the booking to take the first look at the property they are very very friendly and helpful. I found them by chance searching properties and me and wife had both a lot of lucky to find them. I can guarantee, if you are looking for properties, speak with them, they will certainly will not measure esforces to get you comfortable with all your queries. If I could give more stars I would give without thinking about. We only met face to face Vincent, that showed us the property very friendly and patiently. Robert, Cassandra and Rose, we only spoke via phone and email always very gentle and kind. Thank you for all the help and all the worries regarding our reallocation to our new home.

GoogleThe term 'going the extra mile' is often seen to describe the service offered by organisations but rarely can it be seen to happen as in the case of Robert Vincent Estate Agents, who on discovering that their buyer, through no fault of his own, found himself temporarily homeless and was forced to sleep in his car, took him under their wing, offering him access to their bathroom and shower, finding him temporary accommodation and even buying him a quilt to ensure that he was warm. GoogleWorst estate agents! let a house to you then evict you 7 years later using repossession as an excuse to then re let the property to a new family at a much higher rental amount. We are the second family in a row this happened to after 7 years just thrown onto the street beware of their greed and lies you can’t trust them.

GoogleCouldn't have found better agents to deal with and couldn’t be more happier with the excellent level of service provided by Robert and Vincent. It was very nice to have the "Human" touch, whenever we had a problem with our transaction Robert and Vincent always had a solution for it. FacebookI recently rented a property with Robert vincent, i was under a tight deadline and needed to move as quickly as possible, we had been let down by other agents. Robert showed us a property and it was exactly what we were looking for, right price, location and what we asked for. Straight away Robert made me feel at ease and explained everything that would be happening after we made an offer. The whole process was seamless! Nothing was too much for any of the staff at Robert, vincent, they kept in touch everyday with updates, which really took a lot of the stress away. They are a family run business that really care about their clients, i would highly recommend them to anyone, they are a breath of fresh air in the estate agent business, honest ant trustworthy, i am so pleased we were recommended them

GoogleI am very grateful to Robert and Vincent for their commitment to helping me throughout the whole process. The purchase of my new house has been very difficult with the seller pulling out the day before signing the exchange of contracts after 3 months invested in the process. Robert and Vincent managed to put the transaction back on track. Without their professionalism, it would have not happen. I recommend them to everyone.

GoogleUnprofessional bullies. Used to be in liquidation, says it all really! very shady practice. Friends with landlords and make things up to steal peoples deposits. Such a shame as i used to reccommend them all the time. Now i honestly feel guilty for doing that as they have now shown their true colours. Oh don't full for the good cop bad cop routine. They are all extremely dodgy with bad morals and bully boy behaviour. I wont rest until I right the wrongs i did by reccommending them to people.

FacebookI am a new tenant to Robert Vincent estate agents and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I moved in to a beautiful property with my two children and the whole process was quick, easy and painless! I moved in a week before Christmas (crazy idea initially) but I honestly have had no stress and we’re settled already. My old estate agent caused me nothing but stress and problems when I moved in to my old property and then again when I moved out, so to meet an agency with friendly, down-to-earth staff, a lovely landlady and a property I honestly keep pinching myself over, I honestly am so grateful to them. They’ve called and checked how I’ve settled in, they are always at the other end of the phone or respond quickly to any emails. Rent from these guys knowing you’re in safe hands! Thank you Robert and Vincent (and the other lovely people I’ve met) for giving me and my children the easiest of house moves a week before Christmas.

GoogleGreedy Landlords....I was a Tennant for 7 years. I am a single mum with 2 young boys and a disabled mum. After 7 years the rent increase was over £500 monthly, i refused to accept this high increase but did accept some increase. I was told they was selling the property and i was given a section 21. I had built up a life after 7 years of living there with schools doctors work ect. If you rent a property from these beaware they are greedy landlords, they DID NOT sell the property i was living in, they just rented it out again for more money. The deposit i paid 7 years ago was supposed to go into a rent deposit scheme, never happened, it went in 1 year before they evicted me, obvisously this was a planned action knowing they wanted to evict me. What is frustrating is they way they lie to save face. I would check everything you are told because not everything is the truth. Greedy Landlords..

GoogleOver the past three years we have found Robert Vincent extremely efficient and professional. Nothing is too much trouble, they always have time to listen, suggest and advise. They worked very hard to to find us a tenant who would be a "good fit" and it has worked wonderfully well for us. It is obvious both Robert and Vincent are "people persons", out to do the best they possibly can for their clients. We would have no hesitation in recommending this great family firm.

GoogleRobert Vincent have been the most professional caring and understanding estate agents I have ever come across, I have a small young family which arises it's own problems in a household as in safety, all of my demands have been met, wether it be a tap not working to removing garden hazards, I have found them exceptional with there service and also very kind, cheerful to my children. Robert Vincent really care about there tenants, I know they will be around for ever and am glad for the people that will use them. They seriously are the best and I'm very happy to be one of there tenants

GoogleHelpful and responsive from the point of offer accepted and completion. Accomodating when we needed to get get access to the property for quotes on work that needed doing. Would have given a full star if there were previous knowledge shared on the situation at the start on the number of debts the seller had which meant for the delay and extra solicitor fees.
