As a family-run business, they have built a deep understanding of the local area and maintain strong relationships with local tradespeople and professionals. This was helpful for both ourselves and our buyers when we required jobs to be completed.
From the very start, Vincent made it clear that he would support us with anything we needed. Selling my family home of more than 50 years was incredibly emotional, but Vincent was kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He also offers services that many other estate agents don’t provide. The house needed to be cleared, and Vincent arranged the clearance on our behalf. It was reassuring that he recycled as much of the house contents as possible, with furniture going to people in need. He went above and beyond to help move the sale forward, spending many hours at the property with our buyers’ builders to help facilitate the process.
I truly felt that Vincent cared about the house and treated it with genuine kindness and respect.

GoogleExcellent family run estate agents, operating to support your best interests. Robert and Vincent were completely transparent, and provide us with expert advise to prepare our house, resulting in the house being sold immediately.
Vincent was very accommodating of my neurodivergent brother, organising house viewings around my brothers schedule and explaining the details of the sales process delicately and clearly which help to ease his anxiety and feel reassured.
Robert provided immediate sale progress updates and acted as a strong driving force to expedite our sale, which was incredibly reassuring.
Rosie and Cass, the office coordinators, responded immediately and professionally to all requests by myself and our buyers, minimising obstacles by acting swiftly to provide guidance, reassurance, and direction on next steps.
Robert Vincent Estate Agents provided an honest, excellent and reassuring experience, at a reasonable price, and I would definitely appoint their services again in the future.

I interviewed 6 different estate agents before choosing them.
My reason for going with them was the straight talking, no nonsense approach. Which was upheld throughout my sale. I was overseas with work and communication was clear, problems were minimal and dealt with, without stress for me.
They also recommended an excellent conveyancing solicitor who made the paperwork side of things painless.
I have moved house 3 times now and this was by far the most pain free sale of a property I have ever experienced.
I would highly reccomend the business.

GoogleRobert Vincent were more than just an Estate Agent, they went over and beyond any expectations I could of had. Vincent kept me fully informed at all times and was completely honest about many different situations. He sourced tradesman when needed and kept a close eye on the property as it was vacant. Vincent & Robert both guided me through the process of probate and would always respond promptly when contacted. I think by using a family run business you really do get a much higher level of service as they do genuinely do care.
