GoogleRobert and Vincent were extremely patient throughout the transaction, and show passion in what they do. Anything that was asked was either done on time or early to make sure everything goes smoothly. Even when there was some issue that delays the purchase, they come up with immediate solution to make sure all parties are happy. They're always give 11/10 the last few months during the transaction period and I recommend anyone who is buying their first house to work with them.

GoogleWe recently completed on the purchase of our first home and we cannot praise highly enough the professionalism of Robert Vincent Estate Agents. From the moment we enquired about the house we just sensed a great vibe and rapport with Robert & Vincent who run this family owned Estate Agents. Robert & Vincent endeavored to make sure we could see the house on numerous occasions and at times that suited us and actually spent a good amount of time with us at the property as opposed to other estate agents who wanted to rush us in and out as quickly as possible. As this was out first home, they could sense our anxiousness of the whole buying process, but they made it paramount to go above and beyond to make sure that the whole process went smoothly, with no pressure imposed on us. It was these aspects of the buying process that built our high level of trust with them and without a doubt we will be highly recommending our friends and family to Robert Vincent Estate Agents for their honestly and professionalism. GoogleCouldn’t recommend Robert Vincent any higher- they went above and beyond every step of the process to ensure we knew what was going on and were supported. The communication was brilliant and both Robert and Vincent are such lovely men it was a pleasure to talk to them on the phone to resolve any issues that came up or just get helpful tips about Penge, roofers, extensions (anything we had questions about!). They made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and we could really tell the difference between this family run business and the big estate agent chains.

GoogleHi there, I only have positive things to say about Robert Vincent. Since the booking to take the first look at the property they are very very friendly and helpful. I found them by chance searching properties and me and wife had both a lot of lucky to find them. I can guarantee, if you are looking for properties, speak with them, they will certainly will not measure esforces to get you comfortable with all your queries. If I could give more stars I would give without thinking about. We only met face to face Vincent, that showed us the property very friendly and patiently. Robert, Cassandra and Rose, we only spoke via phone and email always very gentle and kind. Thank you for all the help and all the worries regarding our reallocation to our new home.

Even though we were purchasing a flat for my father in law they helped in every way to make the purchase easy, fast and swift. Robert and Vincent even helped deal with issues in which we were experiencing via the unprofessional estate agent whom was selling my father in laws home. Both brothers truly provided an exceptional, professional and a personal service, going above and beyond. Most people say don't trust estate agents but Robert and Vincent me and my husband we 100% trusted them from start to finish with everything. A very friendly family run business.

GoogleRobert Vincent were absolutely brilliant when they recently sold my home. I believe wholeheartedly that no other agent would have worked so hard or got such a great price on the property. Vincent worked tirelessly and no problem was insurmountable. His communication was excellent and I was always kept up to date with any developments along the way. He not only went the extra mile in carrying out his own job but also did a lot of the work for the other agent involved in my chain! I would 100% recommend!

They have helped to answer all questions and sort queries that we have needed to raise over the years that we have been with them. We always receive a professional and friendly service from the team but recently we received exceptional service from Rosie and cannot thank her enough for her supportive and calming approach to a maintenance issue that affected not only us but our neighbours too. They are a lovely, local family run business.

GoogleAbsolutely cannot fault the service we received from Robert and the team at Robert Vincent estate agents. What was supposed to be a straightforward sale and purchase turned out to be a lot more complicated however Robert kept us up to date with every development, no matter how minor, and went over and above to get the sale over the line - he even managed to get us into a very short term temporary property due to a problem with our completion date. Would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Vincent to anyone who is thinking of selling/buying!

GoogleAll the people at Robert Vincent Estate Agents are all great at what they do. Their efficiency and communication is excellent and they make your life so much easier! They have been both managing agents and estate agents for me and in both cases they have helped tremendously. Selling my property was a struggle for various reasons from the start but without their help and patience I would never have manged to get through to the end! I would highly recommend any of their services and will certainly use them in the future.

GoogleThe term 'going the extra mile' is often seen to describe the service offered by organisations but rarely can it be seen to happen as in the case of Robert Vincent Estate Agents, who on discovering that their buyer, through no fault of his own, found himself temporarily homeless and was forced to sleep in his car, took him under their wing, offering him access to their bathroom and shower, finding him temporary accommodation and even buying him a quilt to ensure that he was warm. FacebookI recently rented a property with Robert vincent, i was under a tight deadline and needed to move as quickly as possible, we had been let down by other agents. Robert showed us a property and it was exactly what we were looking for, right price, location and what we asked for. Straight away Robert made me feel at ease and explained everything that would be happening after we made an offer. The whole process was seamless! Nothing was too much for any of the staff at Robert, vincent, they kept in touch everyday with updates, which really took a lot of the stress away. They are a family run business that really care about their clients, i would highly recommend them to anyone, they are a breath of fresh air in the estate agent business, honest ant trustworthy, i am so pleased we were recommended them

GoogleWorst estate agents! let a house to you then evict you 7 years later using repossession as an excuse to then re let the property to a new family at a much higher rental amount. We are the second family in a row this happened to after 7 years just thrown onto the street beware of their greed and lies you can’t trust them.

GoogleI am very grateful to Robert and Vincent for their commitment to helping me throughout the whole process. The purchase of my new house has been very difficult with the seller pulling out the day before signing the exchange of contracts after 3 months invested in the process. Robert and Vincent managed to put the transaction back on track. Without their professionalism, it would have not happen. I recommend them to everyone.
