GoogleReally impressed with the team at KFH West Wickham. Laura, Assistant Manager, in particular. was extremely efficient, organised and helpful. They secured me a sale very quickly, achieving £10k over the asking price to a cash buyer. Unfortunately, I decided not to sell at this present time but would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely be instructing them in the future.

GoogleI was very impressed with KFH as our agent Vanessa sold our Dad’s house straight away to a buyer who she knew was looking for this style of property. The sale went through quicker than I had anticipated even though there were a few issues that had to be dealt with along the way. I would therefore recommend using KFH.

I could not fault them, they were professional and helpful at all times. They gave me more updates and information than my selling agent. I will recommend them to friends & family as the customer service was beyond compare.

GoogleAll the staff at the West Wickham branch were very helpful over the recent sale of my mother's flat. They even came to the rescue before she moved when she'd got in a bit of a pickle and no family were close by to sort things out. Having used KFH when we moved house, I would certainly use them again.
