GoogleI just had to post this review after receiving great service (and support!) from Laura Maikovaite and Hari Philllips. They helped me navigate an extremely complicated sale and kept me as informed as they possibly could throughout. It was a long and emotional road, but we finally go there in the end. Thanks so much for all your help! Hopefully you will be able to help me with wherever I go next.

GoogleIn our view the best real estate agent in West Wickham. We bought and sold our house through KFH and our experience has been excellent throughout. They went extra mile (if not miles) to help us to conclude complicated sale in challenging market conditions. Many thanks to the team, Charlene and especially to Laura. Her professionalism and commitment , often outside standard working hours, truly helped the sale to happen. Our choice of the real estate agent could not have been better.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleKFH met with us almost two years ago when the property which was owned by our Mother became vacant. Unfortunately due to various legal requirements relating to the property and transfer of ownership it took almost two years for the sale to be completed. The property was sold within one day of being on the open market, at an agreed price. During this time Laura Malkovaite of KFH worked tirelessly with solicitors and other organisations to progress the sale, and keeping us notified of progress. Setting up the pictures and marketing was done right at the beginningvery quickly and professionally. This is the second time we have used KFH and should there be a need I would certainly use trhem again.

GoogleLaura maikovaite an exceptional sales manager and I truly mean that and here’s why ! For the last 5 months my partner and I searched for a home after viewing over 40 houses and having 3 withdrawn ! This ray of sunshine named Laura really picked up our spirits and brought professionalism to new heights. So we put an offer in on a house and had our offer accepted by 11:30am the next day, now that’s service but that’s KFH for you, who I might add are the same estate agent we brought our first home from ! If thinking about selling or buying your home KFH are the way forward yeah I know it sounds cheesy, but in this pandemic nightmare people like Laura are invaluable ! Thank you !
