GoogleDespite previous doubts on whether or not to go with a mortgage advisor, we are so happy we did. Jamie has been amazing throughout, his confident, positive reassurance, great sense of hummer and non pushy approach has made the whole process a pleasure and a lot less stressful. GoogleKane and George were fantastic in helping us as first time buyers. Unbiased and very professional all the way through to completion. Even became good friends with the seller thanks to their proactivity. A rare breed amongst other EAs, particularly one in this area who shall go unnamed (and should be avoided at all costs). Buyer or seller, you should go with Fox n Sons in the Lancing area, they will get the job done.

GoogleAs a first time buyers the whole thought of arranging a mortgage was quite overwhelming. We had a choice of working with another broker but Jamie won us over with his fantastic customer service. Any questions we've had have been answered, even if they have been outside of hours! really helping us find our feet during a new experience. He worked with us to understand what we needed, what deal was right for us and continues to do do. I would highly recommend this company but Jamie in particular, he is knowledgeable, personable and someone who clearly knows his craft and cares about his clients. a real asset to the company.

He kept me up to date with all the important things i needed to know and always went into dept with things when explaining. I never got off the phone with any unanswered questions. GoogleUpon an early cold call from George at the office, I was impressed by how quickly Charlie and the team were able to organise the sale of my garage! 3 offers within 48 hours, securing the desired asking price with little fuss. George was a pleasure to deal with and always kept me in the loop no matter what, Megan and Charlie also helped along the way and the team at the lancing office certainly know how to manage their clients. Would highly recommend!

We've been working closely with Jamie for our mortgage and he's been great - quick to respond to queries, providing guidance on how to make everything run smoothly, giving solicitors and other parties a nudge if required. GoogleThe team at fox and dons have guided us through our sale every step of the way. We had some ups and downs with 2 people pulling out at the last minute. With this happening the team of Kane Megan and Peyman were on hand to pick us up and relentlessly continue to find a buyer. The service that the team give you is second to none. Having initially put the house up for sale with purple bricks with 3 viewings in 8 months I put the property with Fox and Sons Lancing and in the first week we had 6 viewings!!! Now that’s why you pay extra but the service and dedication you get is 1st class. I would highly recommend Fox and Sons Lancing to anyone. Thank you to the Fox and Sons Lancing team for helping me get the sale across the line

GoogleProbably one of the worst estate agents I've had to deal with. They use really unpleasant and pushy sales techniques which puts buyers off. They aren't easy to deal with and I have some serious concerns about how they seem to manage and share personal data they require. Wish I had never used them and will never go near them again!
