Jack was brilliant throughout the entire purchase process. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving smoothly. Partway through the transaction, the vendor unexpectedly decided to pull out, which could have easily caused the purchase to fall through. However, Jack and the team acted quickly and efficiently to resolve the situation, keeping me informed at every stage and working hard behind the scenes to get everything back on track. I can’t stress enough how attentive, responsive, and supportive they were throughout what turned out to be a challenging process. Their communication was excellent, and they consistently reassured me during uncertain moments. Thanks to their persistence and dedication, the purchase was ultimately seen through to completion. I would highly recommend Jack and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.

We recently bought our property through Fox & Sons in Lancing, and the service from the whole team was outstanding. Tom was our main point of contact throughout the purchase, and he truly went above and beyond. He made sure every step of the process was handled correctly and smoothly, and his communication and attention to detail made a huge difference during what can be a stressful time. Jack was the first person we spoke to, and he set the tone from day one. He was brilliant from the very first viewing and arranged the many follow‑up viewings we needed without any hesitation. His patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Rob carried out our viewing, and he was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Sarah made sure all the admin and paperwork were handled promptly and efficiently, keeping everything moving behind the scenes. Declan Sheen has been so helpful and really made me feel at ease with finding the right mortgage. It wasn’t as straight forward as I had thought with my purchase. Declan explained to me the process and what each lender was able or not able to offer and why. This really helped my understanding of the process and made me feel confident in the advice he was giving. Declan was always at the end of the phone if I had a question and equally was quick to call me with any updates. Declan clearly has a lot of experience and expertise in his role and I would definitely come back to ask for his advice and guidance when moving and would recommend Declan to anyone needing a mortgage or looking for a home!

I am going out of my way to leave a review for Thomas Waudby, the Lancing branch manager of Fox and Sons. I'll start by saying that the service that we have received from Thomas from Fox and Sons was impeccable. Given that I was initially dubious concerning stigma around the brand, the interactions on this ocassion have resulted in a very pleasant surprise! I personally appreciate the time that he created outside of his working schedule to accommodate us with much needed clarification and reassurance. The approach of tailoring his methods to suit our needs has been outstanding and I found Thomas to be fair, knowledgeable, equitable, and with exceptional interpersonal skills. The flexibility present to address any of our concerns with his polite and genuine nature was gratefully received as we lead very busy lives. It's particularly uncommon to me to engage with people in this industry who show as much integrity coupled with industry knowledge, and I believe this goes a long way to demonstrate his dudiligence and commitment to customers, eminating throughout his team. I had an excellent experience with the mortgage advisor Declan Sheen in Lancing. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, as a first time buyer who has no clue what would be involved he made everything simple!
