GoogleFox & Sons were dealing with my very complicated sale. Initially Jenny and then Charlie worked very hard on the sales progression and their support was invaluable. Charlie worked above and beyond to get everything sorted and completed. I found the team helpful and responsive and would recommend them.

GoogleI'm currently searching for a flat to refurbish, I contacted Fox & Sons who were very helpful and swiftly booked us in for a viewing. Sheridan met us at the property, she was very friendly and professional and full of information about the property's history and it's potential. Although that flat was not the one, Sheridan has been in touch with a similar opportunity. Impressive service with great customer service from Sheridan and the team.

GoogleThis is the worst fox and sons office I have dealt with. Never use these people especially be careful of Ben he doesn't know what is going on and Scott thinks he can threaten clients from a private number. Nobody threatens me or my family.

GoogleJenny was amazing, whilst this sale took 8 months due to legalities I was kept updated, if it wasn't for Jenny I would be applying for a new mortgage. Shame I couldn't extend that to everyone in the office.

GoogleNot bad but not very personable and abit typical 'sales people' I.e fake over the top hellos no real connection with the customer see you as a profit opportunity and as soon as you're not you're dead to them

GoogleIf I could give none I would. I don't understand all the top reviews here. I assume they are fake. Search deeper on the web and you'll find more of what I'm saying. I have money, a good job, a desire to buy a flat and a mortgage in principle. I've seen one I like but I can't view it unless I speak to their mortgage advisor. I have my own. Not interested in anything but the property. Sell the homes of your clients, not your services to me! If you have a property with these and wondering why it is not selling it's because these cowboys are not working for you. They are corporate ***n*ers who are trying to make money from buyers and sellers. There are two properties I want to view in Worthing, I never will while you're the sellers are with these. If you're reading this review and want every interested party to view your property then go with basically any other estate agent. Over the past two years I have viewed and bid with several other agents. Only these push their own mortgage advisor on me. They tell me I can borrow more with theirs, I can use a buying scheme. Mate, I can afford my own home why would I want a help to buy home? Why would I want a home I can't afford? Think about it.

GoogleWe had a great experience with fox and sons, being first time buyers it was a very daunting experience for us, however Jenny and the rest of the team were so helpful and guided us through it all. They communicated with us every step of the way and answered every question we had ( which was obviously a lot), they also helped us get answers from the solicitors which were less than helpful but Jenny rang and emailed multiple times a day to make sure we got the answers we needed! Overall we got great service from them and that gave us a great experience!
