I am really sorry that you have experienced an issue. I have checked our database and can not find any record of you. I can see that you have left lots of reviews for other local businesses and I am obviously very disappointed with your feedback. Our team works tirelessly to make our customer experience exceptional and clearly, something has gone here. If you can spare the time I would very much like to fully understand this situation. Could you, therefore, please either call me at the office or email me on Vanessa@gatekeeper.co.uk Kind Regards - Vanessa, Director

Agent replied

Hi Maria, I am really sorry that you have had a bad customer experience. Unfortunately, I can't find you listed as a customer with us at any level but would really appreciate you contacting me so I can look at why you are not happy with the service the team has provided as it is unusual for that to be the case. I do understand from time to time things can go wrong but we are always keen to look at putting things right as/when they do. I would really appreciate the chance to discuss things. Feel free to email me at enquiry@gatekeeper.co.uk Rgds, Phil Kendall - Owner Gatekeeper
