Hi Mr McGurn Obviously I am disappointed at your feedback again, as we said before we would like to discuss your issues, not only to help and support you, but to further develop our team to avoid situations like this in the future. I understand that you do not wish to discuss the matter further so I am unable to resolve any issues until you contact me. Please feel free to call or email us or pop into the office for a chat.
