GoogleFantastic service. Hannah was very friendly and very helpful. She worked with me to find a home based on my current situation as I was relocating to the area so she helped me find a home within the timeframe for when I was due to move down. She was very responsive and would check in and give regular updates, all the while being friendly and allowed me to make my decisions. 10/10 highly recommend!

GoogleAmazing service Owen Thomas, has gone out of his way, to support us, when our own Estate Agents have failed miserably. I can not recommend more highly if you want your house sale in safe hands, Owen is your man. Amazing communication, and never gave up on trying to get a very difficult house sale through. GoogleSigning up with Chancellors’ full management system has been one of my biggest regrets as a landlord, their property management system is an absolute nightmare. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Their customer service is horrendous. They act more like messengers for tenants than actual managers, and often won’t respond when issues arise. If you stand your ground when you’re right, they can be unhelpful or downright rude. They ignore even the simplest instructions, like ensuring annual boiler maintenance every year. The so-called ‘property damage protection insurance’ they push is a complete scam, it covers nothing, not even tenant-caused damage (they also accepted it was tenant’s fault). I’m wasting money every single month for nothing, and even trying to end the contract has become a nightmare. They’re making it nearly impossible for me to regain control of my own properties. I’m literally counting down the days until I’m finally rid of Chancellors.

Chancellors are hands down the best estate agents I've ever been a tenant with. They are incredibly responsive and any issues are always resolved quickly. Our property manager, Molly Adams, always goes the extra mile, ensuring we are aware of what is happening at each step in a process and following up to make sure that everything went smoothly and was completed as expected.

GoogleThe agent Chancerllors in Witney started marketing my property on 19th November 2021, within a few days the letting manager Louise secured tenants for me, and within 3 weeks the tenants happily settled down in their new home. I am very grateful to Chancellors, especially to Louise, on a very demanding and difficult market she managed to have found suitable tenants for me in a short time.
