Fantastic Support

Briar (Jones) was fantastic from the start. She stepped over and above our expectations by being knowledgeable, helpful and a wonderful person who kept me informed at all times, and was always there to answer my questions. Stephanie Toal was an excellent estate agent to work with and played a key role in helping this transaction reach exchange. As the acting conveyancer on the matter, I was particularly impressed by Stephanie's proactive approach and dedication. The day before exchange, an urgent issue arose that needed to be resolved quickly. Despite it being close to 5pm and approaching the end of the working day, Stephanie took my call, immediately understood the importance of the matter, and took action straight away. What really stood out was her commitment to seeing things through. She continued liaising and providing email confirmations well beyond normal working hours, with correspondence continuing after 7pm, ensuring that everything necessary was in place for the transaction to exchange contracts. In property transactions, having a proactive estate agent can make all the difference, and Stephanie is a perfect example of that. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile helped keep the matter moving at a critical stage. It's always hard when you have to sell a loved ones property, after their passing. Right from the start Ella was thoughtfull, kind and professional to the situation. She helped guide us through the process with her expertise, making the process much easier. Ella excelled at communicating with us and ensured emails were answered in a timely manner. We cannot recommend Maedeh highly enough. We are currently in the process of buying our new home, and with delays and complications surrounding the sale of our existing house and flat, it has been a particularly stressful process. Throughout it all, Maedeh has been absolutely fantastic. She has been incredibly supportive, proactive and patient, always keeping us updated, chasing things when needed and doing everything she can to keep the process moving. She has gone above and beyond in dealing with queries from both sides and has been a constant source of help and reassurance. We are still waiting to complete, but we wanted to say how much we have appreciated everything she has done for us so far. We cannot recommend Chancellors, and especially Ella, highly enough. She truly worked her socks off to get both our sale and purchase through, and we are so grateful for everything she did. It was such a pleasure dealing with her, she genuinely cared, which made all the difference especially as it was quite tricky at times. Ella arranged multiple visits to the house for us and, despite my many emails and calls, she was always so lovely, patient, and kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Her professionalism and calm approach kept us going when things got tricky, and we honestly don’t think we could have managed it without her. I also want to mention the rest of the sales negotiators at Chancellors, who were always so pleasant and happy to help whenever Ella was out on a viewing. The whole team made the experience so much smoother. My only slight suggestion for improvement would be to just cut out communication from the head office team. The communication from the Witney office was much nicer.

Choosing Chancellors as our property manger was the worst misstake of our lives. The stress it caused me and husband was terrible! Issues where- the property had mold and needing dealing wuth asap. A year later and constant phone calls to Chancellors and nothing was done in . We ended up sorting it our selves. There was constant change over in staff so we had no continuity. We decided to end our contract. Then we harassed repeatedly by Chancellors for a finders fee in which I told them several times that we came with tennants in situ ! I now with a small local rental company in Corn street and my rental is stress free again.
