GoogleI am a first time renter looking to find in the area. I dealt with Summer and although the property I enquired about was not longer available she took the time to go through in detail what my requirements were and what else she had for my to view. She was professional and very accommodating, wouldn't recommend any other estate agents than this one.

GoogleThe phone answering female estate agent was extremely unprofessional, we just want to ask the follow up procedure on renting a flat, she responded with sarcasm and an obvious lack of interest. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential client and declined us even without taking our application.
