GoogleKirsty Woodley is Chancellors - from start to finish, Kirsty couldn't do more to help the sale of my property go through. She even picks up where some of her colleagues in the central team fall down. This is the second property Kirsty has sold for me. 6* both times and would use again if I ever sell again. Thanks for everything.

GoogleUnprofessional agents who knew nothing about the referencing process misled me. I lost two months of time and £320 for no reason, something that could have been avoided if the agents had known in advance that certain things would not be verified.

GoogleWe used Chancellors for our house sale and purchase, and Kirsty Woodley was excellent. She worked relentlessly, especially as the chain became quite complex later on, and made sure that we were all kept up to date with what was happening further up the chain. I would definitely recommend Chancellors (especially Kirsty) to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleContacted by Rebecca after I had told Chancellors 4 times in the past not to ever contact me again. These people are like a dog with a bone. As soon as they got my details they will *not* stop emailing and phoning me about letting my property through them. Their internal systems are a disaster. Plenty of good estate agents out there. Would avoid Chancellors at all costs.

GoogleI had a viewing of a property with Olivia, she was on time, friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area, I have also found Chancellors to be very helpful on the phone when requesting rental information.

She is a credit to Chancellors sales team and made us feel at ease as much as possible throughout the whole process. We wouldn't consider selling or ideally buying through another agent if/when we move house again.

GoogleWould never give any further business to Chancellors. Will be sticking to smaller agencies and independent agencies. As a landlord really bad service from the lettings team
