GoogleExcellent staff and very helpful when I first went in the office to enquire about a property. Managed to fit me in that day to view and Simon Capel showed me around. He was very professional and met me near the property as I was unsure of the area. Simon went the extra mile for me and gave me access to the property when I needed to check items in the house. Thanks to the office team in Carterton we have now purchased the property. Highly recommend Chancellors to anyone who wants a first class service.

Google3 years ago, I dealt with Simon Capel at Chancellors Carterton when purchasing a new flat. I recently decided to sell the property again, and went straight back to Simon without any hesitation. On both occasions he has been very professional and efficient, but friendly and easy-going as well, which I regard as an ideal combination. Overall I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Chancellors Carterton office, and would recommend them highly.

GoogleI can only comment on the sales team in Carterton office. The communication is shockingly bad. They struggle to return phone calls and its very hard to get through as people are frequenly 'not in the office'. They struggle to answer to questions about a property or have a clear meaningful conversation with buyers about their situation and expectation which is very bad when you are in the chain. They just come across like clueless people who run around like headless chickens. Their feedback is very poor based on some repetative questions and it is mainly aimed at the seller to reduce the price as soon as possible. They are very pushy at that. We have been really impressed with their professionalism throughout. The communication has been great too, keeping us informed every step of the way.
