My partner and I are looking for bungalows for sale in Carterton and we approached Chancellor's Estate Agents to see if they could help. We were added to their mailing list so suitable properties could be sent to us and we could arrange a viewing. Several times Jorden Horne organised the viewings, then at the last minute, on the day of the viewing, he rang us to say they had been cancelled as the property was no longer available due to it being under offer. Since he must have known the property was unavailable for this reason, in advance, we felt it would have been kinder to contact us as soon as he knew rather than leave it until the last minute. Very disappointed with the communication from him and contacting him was not easy either. We left message with his colleagues, but he never contacted us about any a available bungalows available again. They need to improve their communication and general Service.

I am going through the process of down sizing to another home locally, and chose a property from the wide selection of houses for sale at Chancellors Estate Agents. I met the Senior Sales Manager Mr Ian Henry at the property and he was polite, professional and friendly, keeping up the required Covid _19 conditions that we all must respect., His introduction to the property showed that he had done his homework, and Ian could answer any of our questions with ease, to reassure my family, and whilst my daughter was unable to visit on the first date"to pick her room" Ian has kindly arranged a second visit to make my entire family happy with the move and subsequent purchase. I could not recommend a letting agency less

I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.

We were renting a property from chancellors that we then purchased. Over a month post purchase they still haven’t paid us back our deposit - they don’t answer us when we chase and still can’t give us a timeline even though the payment was agreed over a month ago.

A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help.
