Fantastic service, super helpful and always prompt - with special thanks to Ricky and Becky for all their efforts helping us secure our first home. We viewed a number of properties in the area prior to purchasing, and always felt as though Ricky was on our side. Not once did we feel pressured into making an offer and always felt that Jackson Grundy had our best interests in mind. After making an offer, Becky did an amazing job of keeping us informed of any updates along the way. When we reached a stumbling block, Becky was great in liaising between us and the seller and getting the matter resolved quickly and decisively. Both made the whole process as stress-free as possible and we can't thank you enough for everything you've done for us these last 3 months. If/when we come to sell the property, Jackson Grundy will be our only consideration, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family in future. Highly recommend. As a first-time buyer with no experience in the complex world of property transactions, looking for my first home seemed like a daunting task.
