Myself and my boyfriend are first time buyers, All of Jackson Grundy made the process so much easier! Megan was our mortgage advisor and couldn't have done a better job, she was patient and incredibly helpful so thank you Megan! We also spoke with Becky who assisted with all the middle work between us and our solicitors, she always kept us up to date with the process, Thank you Becky. As well as Brandon who always was there when we wanted to view the house.. over and over again😂 We couldn't have had such a smooth sailing process without you all- Thank you!

Fantastic estate agents! Chris was very quick in finding someone to buy our house, both him and Megan were incredibly professional with everything to do the sale and showings.Becky was a godsend when it came to the sale! She helped to keep me calm most of the time with reassurance and support throughout. We had a bit of a longer wait due to management companies, but Becky keep everyone update and spoke to us at least once a week. A fantastic firm, we would recommend them to anyone! Jackson and Grundy Duston - superb

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.

Becky has been absolutely incredible throughout our journey- an outstanding example of what an estate agent should be. House sale following parents passing

Following the passing of our parents we contacted Becky at Jackson’s and from the off we were provided with excellent support and advice. It took several months for probate to be sorted out and during that time we lost a link in the chain but Becky kept us informed and secured very quickly another purchaser. During what was a difficult time for the family, Jackson staff were great, always replied to emails and answered all our queries. Avoid this agency at all costs

Avoid this agency at all costs. The way I was spoken to was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of me as a customer. Instead of owning up to their behaviour and offering a simple apology, they sent lengthy responses trying to twist the situation to make out I was in the wrong. Communication was inconsistent and confusing, and any time I raised a concern it felt like they were more interested in defending themselves than actually helping. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or know how to handle complaints properly. The whole experience has been a complete waste of time and energy. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is professional, respectful, and customer-focused, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

The true shining star in the process was Anna Stratford from the Kingsthorpe Branch who was truly fantastic from start to finish through a very stressful sale. Anna was extremely knowledgable about the whole process (Even the complicated Legal bits). Anna chased when things needed chasing. She kept us fully up to date (with the good and the bad updates) She was the glue for us when we felt like it was all falling apart (many times).
