They don't give a specific appointment time for the surveyor to come. I had to take a hole day off work and the guy was only there 5 mins. Very low valuation also, 25% less than two other recent reports by different firms.

We sold our house through Connells the haywards Heath branch, they we very helpful, we also arranged our mortgage with their mortgage advisor Nick, who was amazing, mortgage was arranged in minutes.Very happy will be using again in the future.

Rude customer service, inflexible, they'll only book an appointment the night before and will only call between the hours of 8-2. So difficult to deal with. If I were you I'd find a company that is much easier to do business with.

As a house buyer i would never advise anyone to sell through Connells. I have enquired about three diferent properties with three different branches. Each time there was no one available from the sales team, left my details and was never called back. Absolute waste of time.

Advertise properties at an undervalued price to start a closed bidding war between interested parties. Unhelpful staff that give you no guidance and reject your offer with no explanation given. Disgraceful way to treat to prospective purchasers.
