I don't think they like customer services because they seem to fail to give any adequate level of service. Request a property viewing, don't hear anything back. Leave answer phone messages, hear nothing back. Email them, get zero correspondence. I feel sorry for some landlords that want tenants but these lot don't seem to care at all.

Been with them for a year. All problems in the house sorted because we got in touch with landlord, agency didn't help much. I've moved out almost one month ago, still didn't get the deposit, although the landlord has no objections. High fees, luckily I heard that the law changed since June this year, so maybe that would not be a problem in the future. Don't recommend

Very professional service from beginning to end of the house selling process. We were kept in touch with what was happening throughout the months that the house was for sale but email and phone calls. We also had the agent do all the showings as the house was empty which was a great bonus, saving our time and travel. Would recommend them.
