After viewing a retail unit in September and clearly expressing my interest in moving forward, communication, which had been fine initially, then dropped off completely. Despite multiple follow-ups, I haven't received any updates or responses, even though the property is still listed as available. The lack of transparency and basic communication has been extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

GoogleAbsolute shocking service. Called up at start of the week (Monday) to enquire about a commercial property, the lady took my details and said she would send particulars. I had heard nothing by Wednesday afternoon so I called them no apology nothing. I’ve sent two messages to Richard on his mobile requesting a viewing nothing.
Today I get an email 5 days later just showing me properties.
Personally if that was my property that was sitting empty and I knew someone was interested in viewing it and the people I put in charge of getting me a tenant wasn’t even responding to them I’d want my fees back.
Useless wouldn’t touch them with anything of mine.
