TrustpilotFantastic service from Ibbett Mosely
Fantastic service from Ibbett Mosely, West Malling. Deborah, Gail and Bev accompanied all the viewings and kept us up to date. Had offers of full asking price in 15 days. Was great to be able to pop into the office for reassurance. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t of asked for a better estate agents from the minute they did the valuations, they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The viewing were extremely well managed and the staff in the offices were so polite, kind and considerate when arranging the details. Deborah did an outstanding job at the time of accepting an offer and handled all negotiations to to a quality that I cannot even describe, it was faultless. She made every effort to find the best buyer and kept me updated every step of our process.

Ibbett Mosley tried to sell me a property which they had no right to market as no diligence had been done on the seller-who had no right to sell. 3 months in and still no formal response to my complaint

TrustpilotAbsolutely fantastic!! 5*
We used Ibbett Mosely as our estate agents to buy our very first house. Some other estate agents put us off straight away even before viewing the house because they were so cold and extremely unfriendly, but Deborah from Ibbet Mosely had such passion and care and made us fall in love with our house from the start.

GoogleInvert Mosely are fantastic. Nothing like other estate agents I’ve dealt with. They are highly empathetic, listen to your needs, care about you as a seller, aren’t pushy, are incredibly professional, and just nice to deal with. I’d not sell my home through anyone else.
